Location was awesome!

We had a FAIRLY NICE stay in Playa de las Americas not far from the beach, good restaurants, and market. Found Benim Kebab & Pizza and took to-go meal, it's just a short walk away from the apartment, recommend. We could enjoy views of the sea.

During our Christmas stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the well-equipped apartment. It had everything we needed, from a kettle to a washing machine. The kitchen had a great view of the sea, and we enjoyed cooking and eating on the large terrace with beautiful views of the beach. The location was a major plus, with just a short walk to the beach and easy access to shops, restaurants, and supermarkets. it was a comfortable and convenient stay.

There were a few negatives that should be addressed. the apartment could use some updates, especially the furniture, which was old and uncomfortable.

The apartment had a jaw-dropping mountain and ocean view from the spacious terrace. The location was super convenient, being only a 5-minute walk to the beach, bus stops, and supermarkets, and a 10-minute walk to all the big restaurants and bars. The area was quiet, making it a peaceful getaway. The communication with the host was EXCELLENT, and the apartment itself was big and comfortable. there were more good parts than bad, and I would definitely stay again if they improve the bed and thoroughly clean the place.

The apartment with a terrace and city views is just perfect for a low-budget traveler like me. It has a cozy living room where I could relax and enjoy the flat-screen TV. The bedroom was comfortable, and I slept like a baby every night. The equipped kitchen with a fridge, oven, and microwave allowed me to prepare my own meals, saving me a lot of money. The balcony with sea views was a great spot to sit and admire the beautiful surroundings. The apartment came with bed linen and towels, which was a nice touch.

Personally, I found the city views from the apartment a bit noisy at times, but others might enjoy the vibrant atmosphere.

As a senior woman, I truly appreciated how easy it was to navigate around the hotel, with spacious hallways and elevators that were always available. It felt like a home away from home!

The only improvement I would suggest for a better vacation experience for senior people would be to have more knowledgeable staff. It would have been helpful if the children working there could provide more information about local attractions and activities that are suitable for older guests.

The location here is fantastic, right next to a shopping mall, bus station, and the beach, with great dining options nearby, and the rooms are excellent.
